What type of implementation options are available with Connected®?

The Connected solution can be delivered in two ways:

1. Subscription service: Your data is backed up to Iron Mountain’s off-site locations for a monthly fee based on usage, with no capital investment on the customer’s part.
2. Licensed software: Large customers may want to license the software and manage it themselves on-site. Data Mountain and Iron Mountain professional services will help you install your system and get you started.

In both cases, you receive automated data protection, electronic vaulting in our secure off-site facilities and a pro-actively monitored service

During this whole evaluation process and ongoing operations, the Data Mountain and Iron Mountain Digital support teams are monitoring and managing the entire service for you.
